Don Guerino Sinais marks the Alto Feliz region in Serra Gaúcha, located on the 29th parallel south, with a terroir characterized by constant solar exposure and ventilation, favoring the high varietal expression of our grapes.

Tasting notes:

A young, ruby-colored wine with violet hues. Aromas of ripe red fruits such as blackberry, cherry, plum, and raspberry, with floral notes of violet. Pleasant, medium-bodied palate with soft, enveloping tannins.

Variety: 100% Malbec

Vineyards: Alto Feliz – Serra Gaúcha

Vinification: Hand-selected bunches. Destemming followed by slight breakage. Tanks filled (incubated). Inoculation with selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C, daily pumping over. Gravity-assisted de-stemming. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
