Shipping policy

Freight: We ship worldwide, the freight rate is calculated based on total weight , distance and carrier service. Please go to check shipping rates. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Please note that orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day.

International Order: Legal obligation, tax, duty and any specific documentation required for the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. If the recipient refuses to accept the order and it is returned to our marketplace, the freight cost will be deducted from the refund processed after we receive the goods.

Pickup at the store: You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 2 hours. For sidewalks, park in front of the store and call (310) 318-2108 to let them know you have arrived.
