Preparation: use about 2 tablespoons of coffee for every 200ml of water. Heat the water without letting it boil, pour it over the coffee grounds in a cloth or paper filter, and serve immediately.

💡 Hi Brazil Tip: for a more flavorful coffee, never boil the water with the coffee grounds. Turn off the heat as soon as the first bubbles appear. Once opened, store the coffee in an airtight container, away from light and moisture, to preserve its aroma for longer.
