RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Period
Online purchases can be returned within 21 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition, as received.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

  • Intimate items, personal hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

  • Seasonal items, such as Easter eggs, panettones, T-shirts, or Brazil-themed products for holidays.

  • Gift cards.

  • Certain health and personal care products.

How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please contact us with:

  • Your order number.

  • Your full name.

Note: Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp regarding:

  • The receipt of the item.

  • The approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 72 business hours.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received, follow these steps:

  • Check the payment account (credit card, bank account, or PayPal).

  • Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times may vary.

  • If the issue persists, please contact us.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

Items may only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.
To start an exchange, send us:

  • Your order number.

  • Your name.

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage.

After your return is approved, send the item to:

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Exchange/Return Timeframes

  • United States: The estimated delivery time for exchanged items is 1 to 5 business days.

  • International: Timing depends on the customs process in each country, which may vary significantly.
