Suggested use:
Bring water to a boil in a stainless steel pan and turn off the heat when the first bubbles of air begin to rise;

Add the leaves, flowers or roots of the medicinal plant to this water and let it rest, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.

Ideally, any tea should be drunk warm, immediately after brewing. This prevents air from destroying the active components, although, in general, the tea's properties remain preserved for up to 24 hours after brewing.

It's crucial to choose the right containers for your tea, so opt for glass bottles, thermoses, or even stainless steel. Plastic or aluminum should never be used, as the packaging material can interact with and inactivate the active components in the tea.
