PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Forno de Minas Pão de Queijo is a raw product that needs to be cooked before consumption.

Straight from the freezer to the oven or air fryer, do not thaw.

ELECTRIC OVEN / CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes to 180ºC (350ºF).
  2. Place the pão de queijo on a baking sheet, leaving 2cm (0.8 in) of space between them.
  3. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven when the pão de queijo is golden brown.


AIR FRYER

  1. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes to 160ºC (320ºF).
  2. In the air fryer basket, maintain a distance of about 2cm (0.8 in) between the pão de queijo.
  3. Keep the temperature at 160ºC (320ºF) and the timer for approximately 14 minutes.
  4. Shake the basket once or twice during cooking to get a more even golden color.
  5. Remove the pão de queijo from the basket when golden brown or as preferred. Serve immediately.

TIPS

  • Do not use a microwave oven.
  • Do not bake Pão de Queijo in:
    • Temperatures below 180ºC (350ºF) (the pão de queijo will be tough);
    • An unregulated oven (it will burn on the bottom and stay white on top);
    • And in a very hot oven (it will brown and expand sideways but stay raw inside).
  • There are differences between ovens and air fryers, so adjust the cooking method to your oven or air fryer.
  • To ensure the quality of our products, packages returned to the freezer must be tightly sealed.
