Fleischmann® Whipped Toppings offer the best spreadability on the market, excellent working time, and high stability and versatility. They can be used as a base for fillings, toppings, and decorations.

Preparation instructions

• Before whipping, place the product in the refrigerator for 12 hours or until it reaches the whipping temperature, between 5°C and 10°C.
• Whip the product at medium speed until the desired consistency is achieved.
• Whipping time may vary depending on the mixer used.

Storage Recommendations

• Store the product in a dry, cool, and clean place, between 5°C and 20°C, away from direct sunlight. Avoid temperature variations. Do not freeze the product before whipping.
• Once opened, the product should be refrigerated (5°C to 10°C) and consumed within 3 days.
