Made with polentina, this version is perfect for everyday cooking — quick, easy, and with that homemade taste that never disappoints. 😋
1. 💧 In a pot, add 3 cups of cold water.
2. 🌽 Add 1 cup of polentina and the chicken bouillon (optional).
3. 🥄 Mix well before turning on the heat to avoid lumps.
4. 🔥 Turn on medium heat and stir constantly.
5. ♨️ Once it starts to boil, the mixture will thicken.
6. ⏱️ Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
7. 💧 If you prefer it creamier, add a bit more water and mix.
8. 🍽️ Serve hot.
