📝 Ingredients
🌿 Seasonings
- 🧄 Garlic
- 🧅 Onion
- 🍃 Bay leaves
- 🌶️ Smoked paprika
- 🌿 Cilantro
- 🌶️ Pepper
- 🧂 Salt
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Soak beans
Soak for 5–6 hours ⏳, then rinse well.
2️⃣ Build the base
Cook bacon 🥓 and use the fat to sauté garlic and onion.
3️⃣ Season
Add paprika, cilantro, and salt 🧂.
4️⃣ Cook beans
Add water 💧 and cook 4–5 hours until soft.
5️⃣ Thicken
Mash part of the beans for a creamy texture 😍.
6️⃣ Add meats
Add all meats 🍖 and mix well.
7️⃣ Final cook
Simmer 45–60 minutes ⏳.
8️⃣ Adjust
Taste and adjust salt 😉.
9️⃣ Serve
