Created in 2005, Espumante Valduga 130 Brut pays tribute to the 130 years since the arrival of the Valduga family - a winegrowing tradition - in Brazil. Made with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, it is considered by critics the best sparkling wine in the country and has won international medals. It presents excellent creaminess, ample volume, and elegant bouquet of spices with a pleasant fruity aroma.
INGREDIENTS
Natural sparkling wine, sucrose and INS 220 preservative.
CHARACTERISTICS
Second fermentation in bottle and maturation for 36 months. Alcoholic graduation: 13%. Volume: 750ml
CONSUMPTION
Should be served at temperatures between 4 and 6°C. It is recommended to be served with cold dishes, fish, white meat, young cheeses, pasta with light sauces.
