Cheese Bread Mix
Preparation method (You can find the preparation method on the back of the packaging):
Place 500g of the Amafil Cheese Bread mix in a bowl. Add 4 medium eggs and 200g of grated cheese (preferably semi-cured or mozzarella). Knead well.
Gradually add 200 ml of water (room temperature), mixing well until you obtain a homogeneous dough that sticks to your hands but does not stick to the bowl.
Divide the dough, form into balls of the desired size, and place them on baking sheets. If necessary, grease your hands with margarine.
Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the rolls are lightly golden.
