The company is headquartered in Burlingame, California. It is the oldest continuously family-owned chocolate company in the United States, having been owned by the same family for over four generations.

Ingredients: Sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa (processed with potassium carbonate), soy lecithin, confectioner's glaze, corn syrup, salt, vanillin (an artificial flavor).
