PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Straight from the freezer to the oven or air fryer, no defrosting needed.
ELECTRIC OVEN / CONVENTIONAL OVEN
- Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 180ºC (350°F).
- Arrange the cheese breads on a baking sheet, leaving a 3cm (1.2-inch) space between them.
- Bake in the oven at 180ºC (350°F) for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven when the cheese breads are golden brown.
AIR FRYER
- Preheat the Air Fryer for 3 minutes at a temperature of 160ºC (320°F).
- In the Air Fryer basket, maintain a distance of about 3cm (1.2 inches) between the cheese breads.
- Maintain the temperature at 160ºC (320°F) and set the timer for approximately 14 minutes.
- Shake the basket once or twice during preparation for more even browning.
- Remove the cheese breads from the basket when golden brown or to your preference. Serve immediately.
TIPS
- Do not use a microwave oven.

Do not bake Pão de Queijo in:
- Temperatures below 180ºC (350°F) (the cheese bread will be hard);
- An unregulated oven (burns on the bottom and stays pale on top);
- And in a very hot oven (browns and spreads sideways, but remains raw inside).
- There are differences between ovens and air fryers, so adjust the preparation method to your oven or air fryer.
- To ensure the quality of our products, packages returned to the freezer must be tightly sealed.
