PREPARATION METHOD
Forno de Minas Cheese Bread is a raw product that requires cooking before consumption.
Direct from the freezer to the oven or electric fryer, without defrosting.
ELECTRIC OVEN / CONVENTIONAL OVEN
- Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes at 180ºC.
- Distribute the cheese breads on a baking sheet, leaving a 2cm space between them.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven when the cheese breads are golden brown.
ELECTRIC FRYER / AIR FRYER
- Preheat the Air Fryer electric fryer for 3 minutes at 160ºC.
- In the basket of the Air Fryer, keep a distance of approximately 2 cm between the cheese breads.
- Keep the temperature at 160ºC and the timer for approximately 14 minutes.
- Shake the basket once or twice during cooking to achieve more even browning.
- Remove the cheese bread from the basket when golden brown or to your liking. Serve immediately.
TIPS
- Do not use a microwave oven
-
Do not bake the Cheese Bread in:
- Temperature below 180ºC (cheese bread becomes hard);
- In an unregulated oven (it burns on the bottom and turns white on top);
- And in a very hot oven (it browns and rises to the sides, but remains raw inside).
- There are differences between ovens and electric fryers, so adjust the cooking mode to your oven or electric fryer.
- To guarantee the quality of our products, packaging returned to the freezer must be well sealed.
