PREPARATION METHOD

Straight from the freezer to the oven or air fryer, without thawing.

ELECTRIC OVEN / CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes at 180°C.
  2. Place the cheese breads on a baking tray, leaving about 3 cm of space between them.
  3. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven when the cheese breads are golden brown.

AIR FRYER

  1. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 160°C.
  2. In the air fryer basket, keep about 3 cm of space between the cheese breads.
  3. Set the temperature to 160°C and the timer to approximately 14 minutes.
  4. Shake the basket once or twice during cooking to achieve a more even browning.
  5. Remove the cheese breads from the basket when they are golden brown or according to your preference. Serve immediately.

TIPS

  • Do not use a microwave oven.
  • Do not bake the Pão de Queijo:
    • At temperatures below 180°C (the Pão de Queijo becomes hard);
    • In an improperly calibrated oven (burns underneath and stays white on top);
    • Or in an oven that is too hot (it browns and spreads sideways but remains raw inside).
  • There are differences between ovens and air fryers, so adjust the preparation method according to your oven or air fryer.
  • To ensure the quality of our products, packages returned to the freezer must be properly sealed.
