What delivery options are available?
You can choose between:
- In-store pickup (Redondo Beach, CA)
- Local delivery (available within 35 miles of the store in Los Angeles County)
- Domestic shipping via UPS, USPS or FedEx
- International shipping via UPS, USPS or FedEx
What are the shipping rates in the USA?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically by the carriers based on the weight and dimensions of the products.
However, we do offer a flat rate based on the value of the order, divided into two levels for domestic orders:
Orders from $99:
- California: $14.99
- Other states: $24.99
Orders from $179:
- California: $9.99
- Other states: $19.99

Delivery in the USA: how long does it take via courier?
Delivery time varies according to distance and the type of shipment chosen.
- Ground: 1 to 5 working days
- Priority: 1 to 3 working days
- For weekend deliveries, we recommend the FedEx Home Delivery option.
- Urgent options, such as 2-day or next-day delivery, are also available.
ImportantWe are not responsible for adverse conditions that may delay the delivery of your order. Situations such as blizzards, fires, floods, earthquakes, wars or any other event beyond our control, as well as that of the transportation companies, may affect the delivery time.
Do you ship internationally? What is the delivery time?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, refrigerated and frozen products are only available for delivery in California, due to their perishable nature.
International shipments - what you need to know:
- The customer is responsible for duties, taxes and documentation required by the destination country.
- The customer should check whether the product(s) to be purchased have any restrictions in their country.
- The delivery time informed by the carrier does not include customs clearance time.
- If the order is returned to our marketplace for customs reasons, incorrect address or other reasons, the refund will be made upon receipt and inspection of the goods.
- The cost of shipping is not refundable, only the value of the products.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! You can redeem points from our Rewards Program to get free shipping in the USA (ground shipping).
📦 ORDERS AND PRODUCTS
How do I place an order?
Just do it:
- Browse the collections.
- Add products to your cart.
- Checkout with your preferred payment method.
We recommend that you create an account or log in for a better experience and order tracking.
Can I modify my order after completing the purchase?
If your order has not yet been prepared and shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we cannot change the address or the products.
What do you need to know when ordering perishables?
- Perishable items are only shipped to California.
- We recommend choosing Priority Shipping or FedEx Home Delivery, which offer greater security.
- Keep track of your order and refrigerate or freeze it immediately when you receive it.
- Orders with perishable products are dispatched from Monday to Thursday, so the box doesn't have to sit around over the weekend.
- Please note: insurance does not cover damage to perishable products.
My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check the tracking of your package:
- If the tracking indicates that the delivery was made:
In condominiums: check lockers or areas designated for deliveries.
In homes: check the mailbox and ask neighbors if the delivery was made by mistake. - If the tracking indicates an unsuccessful delivery attempt:
Contact the delivery agency to understand the problem and find a solution for redelivery. - If the box is stopped at the branch:
Go to the branch to collect the package before it is returned to our marketplace. - If 24 hours have passed since the delivery notification and you have followed all the steps above:
Contact us with the order number and your name so that we can start the process with the insurance company.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately so that we can open a claim with the insurance company:
- Order number and name.
- Photos of the box (unopened and opened), showing the packaging and the damaged product.
Important: Do not dispose of anything (box, packaging materials or product) until the compensation process has been completed.
My package is stuck at the delivery agency. What should I do?
Immediately contact the local agency that has your package and pick it up as soon as possible before it is returned to our market.
My order is returning to the market. What should I do?
Please contact us with the order number and your name.
- As soon as the order is received back, we can refund the cost of non-perishable products (freight is non-refundable).
- If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, please inform us of the necessary correction so that we can resend the package.

- If the charge is "Posted", please contact us, sending:order number, your name, screenshot of the statement showing the duplicate charge.
