Safe and proper use: Position utensil handles toward the center of the stove. On stoves with grates, center the utensils and align the handle with the grate. Hot utensils should be kept out of the reach of children.

Before first use: Wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent. After drying, grease the inside with cooking oil or fat and heat for one or two minutes. Let cool and wash again. Your SuperFlon utensil is ready to use, always on low or medium heat (never higher than 280°C). Always use a little fat, even if it's as little as possible. To stir food, use only silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils.

Cleaning: Avoid immersing hot utensils in cold water. Never use abrasive products when washing. If burnt food sticks to the surface, moisten the area and let it sit until you can remove the stuck-on residue with soap and water.
