Vinification: Hand-selected bunches. Destemming followed by slight breakage. Tanks filled (incubated). Inoculation with selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C, daily pumping over. Gravity-assisted decanting. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Medium-to-high-intensity ruby ​​red color. Aromas of cherry, plum, vanilla, black olives, and coffee. Smooth and intense, unctuous palate with a pleasant aftertaste.

Pairs well with: Cheeses, pastas, pizzas and roasted red meats.
