Amafil Tapioca Dough (Ready)
Ready-made Tapioca Dough (hydrated cassava starch) (for pan-fried tapioca).
How to use: Preheat an ungreased, 21cm nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 100g (5 heaping tablespoons) of Amafil Tapioca Dough and shape the tapioca into a pancake. Cook on one side until it comes away from the bottom. Add filling to taste, fold in half, and serve.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, odorless place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 7 days.
