Our Don Guerino Brut Prosecco is creamy, very fruity, and youthful, ideal for pairing with almost anything.

Tasting notes: Low-intensity yellow color, persistent perlage with good head formation. Its aroma is floral, with notes of almond and fresh fruit. Refreshing, creamy, and persistent.

Variety: 100% Prosecco

Vineyards: Alto Feliz - Serra Gaúcha

Vinification: Hand-selected bunches. Destemming followed by light disruption. Pressing. Inoculation with selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15°C and secondary fermentation in autoclaves for 4 months. Stabilization, filtration, and bottling.
